If eSIM has been deleted, it can be reactivated online for free. To do this, you can use the same QR code you received when purchasing eSIM and re-scan it on your device.
To transfer an eSIM to another device, you must remove it from your existing device. After that, it is already possible to use the QR code received upon purchase of the eSIM and rescan it on a new device. You can find full information about the QR code in your personal account.
One number can have only one SIM card, physical or eSIM. In case of SIM change, the physical SIM card will be disabled as soon as the eSIM card replacement fee is paid. The number will be activated again after scanning the QR code. You can use both SIM cards if the numbers are different.
In case of sim change, your contact list will not be automatically transferred to eSIM.
You can have up to 10 eSIMs of any operator on the same device. But only two of them can be active: a physical SIM card and an eSIM, or two eSIMs (depending on the device). Active numbers are selected from phone settings.

In this case, it is possible to enter the appropriate code in the phone menu manually and thus activate eSIM. To do this, in the case of Android, select "Enter code instead" and enter the received code in the corresponding field. In the case of iOS, select "Enter Details Manually" and enter the received code in corresponding field.
You can use one QR code for one device only.
Yes, you can use eSIM the same way in roaming as physical sim. Roaming conditions will remain unchanged.
